We collect only the data strictly necessary for our services, in particular:

• Identity and contact details: first name, surname, email address, telephone number;
• Delivery details: postal address, house number, postcode, town, district;
• Order and subscription data: products ordered, order history, status, subscription plan;
• Account data: login credentials (passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never accessible in plain text);
• Technical data: browsing information strictly necessary for the functioning and security of the Website.

We do not collect credit card details: these are processed directly and exclusively by our payment provider, Stripe.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• To process and deliver your orders, and to manage your subscriptions (performance of the contract);
• To send you transactional emails (confirmation, invoice, dispatch, delivery, subscription management);
• To manage your customer account and access to your dashboard;
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• To send you, with your consent, marketing communications (newsletters, promotions);
• To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, invoicing) and ensure the security of the Website (legitimate interest).

Your data is never sold. It may be disclosed to technical service providers acting as data processors, solely to the extent necessary for our services:

• Stripe — secure processing of payments and subscriptions;
• Supabase — database hosting and account management;
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the Website;
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails;
• Swiss Post (or equivalent carrier) — delivery of orders.

Some of these service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union; in such cases, appropriate safeguards are put in place in accordance with applicable legislation.

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention periods (in particular Swiss accounting obligations requiring the retention of supporting documents for ten years). Account data is retained for as long as your account is active; you may request its deletion at any time, subject to statutory retention obligations.

In accordance with the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and request the portability of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).

The Website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (session management, shopping basket and security). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers without your consent. A banner informs you of this when you visit the Site and allows you to make your choices. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, although please note that certain features may then no longer function correctly.

TECHORA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure (connection encryption, access control, password hashing, data segregation by account, two-factor authentication on the administration side). Payment is secure and card details never pass through our servers.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to our services or regulations. The applicable version is the one published on the Website on the date of your visit.
